In general, it takes approximately 35-40 days.
Q: Can I take a sample first to check the quality?
We can offer one set sample for our customers if they open the order in our company.
Q: In case of quality problems, how do you deal with them?
Firstly, you should take photos or videos and send them to us; secondly, we will send you new products to replace the defective ones, or you can deduct the charges in the next order.
Q: Can you help me build a new brand in my market?
Yes, we are glad to assist with brand building. OEM and ODM projects are also welcomed.
Q: What are the payment terms for an order?
You can pay a 30% down payment based on order confirmation, and the 70% balance upon receipt of copies of shipping documents by T/T.
